Teletubbieland's only sexually mature female.

Laa Laa is yellow and has a curly antenna like a pig's tail. Approximately the same height as Dipsy though rather younger, she has reached adulthood (inasmuch as that concept exists with Teletubbies) relatively recently. She's still intoxicated by the sexual power she has over Dipsy, and, indirectly, Tinky Winky, and uses every opportunity to tease them.

Laa Laa is frequently the subject of private intrusions by the periscopes, which excercise her with nursery rhymes, or test her in some strange nonsensical language. As the only viable child bearing Teletubbie (Po is too young), their interest in her is understandable.

At the end of the episode, Laa Laa shares her hillock with Dipsy. Nudge nudge.
